ispace Technologies U.S., Inc. is looking for an experienced and proficient Service Desk Technician to join the team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quick and effective assistance with information technology systems.
- Guide customers remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Listen attentively to customers’ questions and offer optimal solutions.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to next tier personnel.
- Work with system administrators and department leadership to provide customers with superior service.
- Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person.
- Inform customers about IT products and services.
- Walk customers step by step through the problem-solving process.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Associate's or Technical Degree preferred; 2 or more year's experience in a like role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 product lines
- Detailed oriented, in order to keep detailed notes in incidents/tickets.
- Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
- The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Additional Experience:
- Proficiency with Jira Service Desk
- Understanding of ITIL Service Desk Framework
- Basic understanding of Microsoft ADFS
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Technology Associate a plus, but not required.
