Poste et missions We’re looking for a seasoned System infrastructure engineer to join the team and support our fast-growing!You will be working closely and reporting to our Lead IT Manager, with great autonomy to deploy projects and initiatives aiming to meet the growing performance needs of our infrastructure. You will be more specifically in charge of: IT Operations Support:Managing Employee own mobile devices (Android/IOS), Office 365 and MDM and Company own laptops (windows / mac / Linux) Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions: Manage with day-to-day requests. Incident Reporting including detection, response, and remediation. Support with the upgrading, installing and configuring of new hardware and software to meet company objectives. Administer, install, upgrade and support company-wide IT systems and their operational components such as hardware, software, and configuration insuring the best operational and technical practices. Automate as much as possible all technical operations. Design, implement and operate various network devices and appliances. Onboarding/ Offboarding:Setup laptop, Ship laptop Credentials management Onboard/offboard employee Security: Monitor, respond to network security needs and work within the guidelines of security/compliance requirements: knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup and recovery. Disk encryption, OS Update, Password lock Admin session, Antivirus update Be responsible for cybersecurity, including the deployment of remediation solutions to mitigate risks and maintain cybersecurity standards. Project Management: Modernize the virtualization infrastructure that has been in place for many years to a redundant and self-service infrastructure for users, which will also allow some internal critical services to evolve to a highly available infrastructure. Support on a variety of IT projects & IT systems maintenance Setting up monitoring, logging and tracing tools to detect and fix any potential issues
