ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Support the Corporate Marketing function in delivering high-quality, consistent and efficient marketing outputs across global initiatives, with exposure to operating as a junior project manager within the team.
This role is designed to develop the intern’s capabilities in hands-on execution and stakeholder coordination, building strong communication skills and the confidence to work with internal teams and external agencies. You will support presentation development, agency coordination, budget tracking and project delivery, while working closely with the Corporate Marketing Director to help keep multiple workstreams on track and moving forward.
The position plays a key role in enabling the smooth running of day-to-day marketing operations and supporting the Corporate Marketing team on strategic initiatives. It offers direct exposure to how global brand campaigns are planned, managed and executed end-to-end.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
Brand & Creative Support (30%)
- Help keep brand guidelines, sales content hubs and internal platforms organised and up to date
- Support the creation and organisation of marketing and brand assets with the Design and Content teams
- Contribute ideas in team sessions and help turn them into clear, structured PowerPoint presentations
- Proofread and sense-check materials to ensure they are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines
Project & Team Support (30%)
- Help coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple marketing projects, tracking timelines and actions
- Support the preparation of presentations, updates and materials for internal meetings
- Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Director to bring structure and organisation to ongoing work
- Act as a reliable and organised point of support for the wider team
Agency Coordination (20%)
- Support the creation of simple, clear briefs for external agencies
- Help coordinate feedback, meeting notes and follow-ups with agency partners
- Track deliverables and timelines to ensure work is progressing as expected
Budget & Reporting Support (20%)
- Maintain and update simple budget trackers using Excel
- Support PO tracking, invoice follow-ups and basic budget reporting
- Help organise and track marketing assets and usage where needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (essential)
- Good working knowledge of Excel (tracking, organising, basic formulas)
- Previous internship or academic experience in marketing, branding or business is a plus
- Interest in corporate marketing, brand strategy and campaign execution
