About Infinite Orbits

Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution.

• "Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first, OG-1 was launched on 1 May 2023, the second is launching in 2025.
• Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.

• To complete our dynamic and international team, we are looking for a Junior Accountant Apprentice!

How you will help us:

• Assist in recording and issuing invoices accurately and on time
• Support the execution of payments
• Help Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights
• Contribute to financial closing, reporting, and budgeting processes
• Perform Analytic accounting tasks using the ERP system
• Assist in managing employee expenses, including reimbursements and approvals
• Other tasks can be added to your mission in relation to the department's needs.

What we are looking for :

• Enrolled to be, in a BTS/DUT/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, you are looking for an apprenticeship for September 2025
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good level of English: Our team is international, and English is our working language
• Good level of French
• Pro-activeness and ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Organized profile.
• Excellent communication skills.

À propos d’Infinite Orbits

Fondée en 2017, Infinite Orbits est une entreprise du secteur NewSpace, basée à Toulouse, qui repousse les limites des services en orbite grâce à des engins spatiaux de pointe utilisant sa propre solution de rendez-vous, une technologie avancée de navigation autonome basée sur la vision.

« Orbit Guard » fournit des services d’inspection et de surveillance de la situation spatiale (SSA) en orbite géostationnaire (GEO). Notre premier satellite, OG-1, a été lancé le 1er mai 2023, et le second sera lancé en 2025.

« Endurance » est un service d’amarrage capable de prolonger la durée de vie des satellites de télécommunications en GEO, en prenant le relais du système AOCS pendant 5 ans.

Pour compléter notre équipe dynamique et internationale, nous recherchons un(e) Apprenti(e) Comptable en alternance !

Ce que vous ferez pour nous :

• Aider à l’enregistrement et à l’émission des factures avec exactitude et dans les délais
• Participer à l’exécution des paiements
• Contribuer à l’analyse des données financières pour identifier des tendances et proposer des pistes d’amélioration
• Participer aux processus de clôture, de reporting et de budgétisation
• Réaliser des tâches de comptabilité analytique via notre ERP
• Aider à la gestion des frais des employés, y compris les remboursements et les validations
• D’autres missions pourront être ajoutées selon les besoins du département

Profil recherché :

• Vous préparez un BTS, DUT ou un Bachelor en Comptabilité, Finance ou domaine équivalent et recherchez un contrat en alternance pour septembre 2025
• Vous possédez de solides compétences analytiques et une grande attention aux détails
• Vous avez des connaissances en principes comptables et en logiciels comptables
• Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Excel
• Vous savez prioriser vos tâches et travailler dans un environnement dynamique
• Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais : notre équipe est internationale et l’anglais est notre langue de travail
• Vous avez également un bon niveau de français
• Vous êtes proactif(ve) et capable de travailler de manière autonome, orientée résultats
• Vous possédez de bonnes capacités de communication et aimez travailler en équipe
• Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)
• Vous avez d’excellentes compétences relationnelles
