About Infinite Orbits

Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution. IO has two generations of missions

• "Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first, OG-1 was launched on 1 May 2023, the second is launching in 2025 and the third third launching in 2026.
• Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.

To complete our dynamic and international team, we are looking for a profile of General Accountant

How you will help us:

• Perform accounting recording of all financial operations (invoices booking, bank fees, taxes…)
• Prepare, execute and follow payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial records.
• Performed tax work (VAT declaration, determination and declaration of Tax result…)
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide insights
• Assist and then perform financial closing and tax return (liasse fiscale)
• Assist in reporting and budgeting
• Participate in the design and development of the ERP system and Work Instruction
• Perform administrative and accounting work related to personal management (Manage employee expenses, including reimbursements and approvals, booking employees savings….)
• Participate in the development and improvement of accounting procedures
• Knowledge of Consolidation and IFRS is appreciated

What we need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance.
• Between 3 and 5 years of accounting experience required
• Rigorous & organized profile.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good level of English: We value team spirit and problem solving. As our team is international, English is the working language at Infinite Orbits.
• Good level of French
• Pro-activeness and ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
