Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution.

  • "Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first, OG-1 was launched on 1 May 2023, the second is launching in 2025 and the third launching in 2026.
  • Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.

To complete our dynamic and international team, we are looking for a profile of an experienced HR Manager!

Job Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of HR functions independently, ensuring the company attracts, hires, develops, and retains talented employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in a startup environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of handling both strategic and operational HR tasks.

How you will help us:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts as necessary.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement plans.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with finance/accounting.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and develop competitive compensation packages.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment law and update company policies accordingly.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage HR software and systems to streamline HR processes.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.

Culture and Employee Engagement:

  • Develop initiatives to promote a positive company culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts within the organization.

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good level of english.
