To complete our dynamic and international team, we are looking for a profile of an experienced HR Manager!
Job Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of HR functions independently, ensuring the company attracts, hires, develops, and retains talented employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in a startup environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of handling both strategic and operational HR tasks.
How you will help us:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts as necessary.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement plans.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with finance/accounting.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and develop competitive compensation packages.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment law and update company policies accordingly.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage HR software and systems to streamline HR processes.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Develop initiatives to promote a positive company culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts within the organization.
What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good level of english.
