  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles (Customer Support, Online checkout, and Incident Management specialists)
  • Build talent pipelines quickly and effectively
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Use recruitment tools to source, track, and manage candidates
  • Organize and run hiring events when needed
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in mass or high-volume recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g. ATS, sourcing platforms, automation tools)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Experience in tech, mobility, or fast-scaling startups is a bonus
