Key Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Darkstores vertical in a new market — from early tests to scalable marketing activities
- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns: from insights and concepts to execution, optimization, and performance tracking
- Work closely with Product to shape in-app placements, messages, and user flows
- Collaborate with CRM teams to design mechanics, communication strategies, and high-impact user journeys
- Develop offline and on-ground branding initiatives (couriers, packaging, local activations) and ensure strong real-world execution
- Partner with local teams to deeply understand user needs and adapt communications to local culture
- Track performance, run experiments, and iterate fast based on data and insights
- Bring fresh creative approaches and help define the brand’s presence in the market
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles within consumer apps, e-commerce, delivery, or marketplaces
- Strong hands-on execution skills across multiple channels (digital, CRM, in-app, offline)
- Experience working with or promoting products in Southeast Asian markets is a strong plus
- Experience working in a matrix, cross-functional environment (with Product, CRM, Analytics, Ops, Local teams, etc.)
- Ability to work in ambiguity, set structure from scratch, and move fast
- Data-driven mindset with a creative edge
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Fluent English
