Key Responsibilities
- Understand your user and advocate for their interests in the product team
- Be fully responsible not only for mockups but also what is in production
- Conducting research to identify user problems and market needs
- Collaborating with product managers, analysts, and researchers to validate and prioritise issues
- Working with metrics to understand what problem each task solves and which metrics it should impact
- Defining and formulating the essence of the problem with additional research if necessary
- Leading tasks within the area of responsibility and understanding their impact on other parts of the product
- Developing and testing one or more solutions to problems, focusing on the best solution for both the user and the companys interests
- Working with development teams to test and improve proposed solutions
- Creating final mockups, detailing various interface states and updating the design library if components are lacking
- Organising and analysing AB tests to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar product designer position
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies
- Experience working in a team and ability to collaborate cross functionally
- High level proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design solutions
