Head of Driver Operations LATAM

Responsibilities
– Lead Driver Operations across the LATAM macro-region.
– Drive growth of the driver base and ensure stable supply hours.
– Improve service quality and reduce key operational risk metrics (CR, fraud, DR).
– Launch and scale driver acquisition and retention initiatives.
– Coordinate local teams and cross-functional collaboration (marketing, product, safety, finance).
– Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of supply investments.
– Monitor key KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to top management.
– Ensure operational resilience and compliance with local market requirements.
Qualifications
– 3+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery, or marketplaces.
– Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams.
– Strong understanding of the driver acquisition funnel, unit economics, and core operational metrics.
– Data-driven decision-making and solid analytical skills.
– Experience launching and scaling operations across multiple markets.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
