Responsibilities
- Participant recruitment and panel management;
- Design, build, and manage a centralized, multi channel participant recruitment strategy;
- Own and scale our internal research panel: establish segmentation, ensure data health, manage communications, and track engagement;
- Manage the end to end logistics for participant engagement, including screening, scheduling, communications, and the compliant and ethical management of incentives and rewards;
- Research infrastructure and tooling;
- Evaluate, procure, and act as the central administrator for the product research tool stack;
- Develop and manage the research repository;
- Process and governance;
- Establish and document standardized, repeatable processes for the entire research lifecycle, including study intake, legal/privacy review, and data archival;
- Serve as the primary liaison with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams;
- Develop and maintain standardized templates for consent forms, NDAs, and privacy notices, ensuring all research activities comply with global regulations;
- Enablement and advocacy;
- Develop and maintain documentation, best practice guides, and training materials to help scale research practices across the Product organization.
Qualifications
- English Advanced level;
- Required 3 years of experience in a dedicated Research Operations, Design Operations, or research program management role;
- Demonstrable experience building and scaling a participant recruitment function and managing a research panel;
- Deep, practical knowledge of global data privacy and compliance regulations as they apply to user research;
