Responsibilities
- Processing and making payments in online banking systems across multiple banks
- Responding to bank requests related to payment execution
- Performing bank reconciliation in NetSuite
- Organizing the signing of accounting documents (reconciliation statements, Certificates of Completion, etc.) via DocuSign and sending them to vendors when needed
- Reflecting transactions in the accounting system (expense reports, journals, deposits, payroll files, revenue, etc.)
- Actively participating in internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Higher education in accounting or finance
- Experience working with banking systems and making payments (HSBC, Citibank, AlexBank, UnitedBankUS, and local banks)
- Experience in international companies
- At least 2 years of experience as an accountant
- Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Experience with AP systems or expense management systems is a plus
- English proficiency at B2 level
