Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance and load testing scripts using JMeter
• Plan, execute, and analyze results of load, stress, and endurance testing
• Design performance testing architecture and define test strategies
• Set up and configure test environments and performance testing infrastructure
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and analysts to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Automate performance testing workflows using Kotlin and supporting tools
• Contribute to the selection and integration of monitoring and observability tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance and load testing
• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and complex test plan creation
• Solid understanding of load, stress, and stability testing methodologies
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and identify system bottlenecks
• Scripting and automation skills using Kotlin or other JVM-based languages
• Good understanding of distributed systems and client–server architecture
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
• Familiarity with high-load systems and production-like test scenarios
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with development, DevOps, and product teams
• Proactive mindset, structured approach to problem solving, and ability to take ownership of the performance testing domain
• English level: B1 or higher
