Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve support processes (driver verification, 1st line, incident management)
- Collect and document requirements, translate them into system specs and user stories
- Design and optimize automation flows, SLAs, and escalation rules
- Work with engineers, product managers, and support teams to deliver effective solutions
- Track KPIs and ensure automation delivers measurable impact
Qualifications
- 3 years as Business/System Analyst or similar
- Experience with support or incident management systems
- Strong process mapping, requirement analysis, and documentation skills
- Good technical understanding of integrations (APIs, workflows)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
