Responsibilities
- Perform EDA and data preprocessing, generate features, build ML training pipelines
- Organize processes for data discovery, annotation data processing, define and improve metrics, automate model training
- Prepare models and pipelines for production
- Research new approaches and SOTA tools, read papers and understand how to apply them to solve business problems
- Share your knowledge, findings, and experience at internal and external events
Qualifications
- Strong technical/math background (calculus, statistics, probability, etc.)
- Knowledge of the main ML algorithms and metrics
- Production experience in at least one area of ML (CV, NLP, RL, etc.), with CV being a strong advantage
- Awareness of modern ML technologies such as LLMs
- Python and development experience, including ML model lifecycle management and ML-based services deployment
- Knowledge or experience in other programming languages and a Software Engineering background are a plus
- Ability to balance quality and speed depending on the situation and justify decisions
- Our spoken languages are English and Russian
