Responsibilities

• Define and lead the fleet financing strategy to support company growth while maintaining a disciplined approach to credit risk and capital management.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute a variety of financing solutions for our vehicle fleet, including leasing programs, loan facilities, and asset backed securities (ABS).
• Partner closely with internal departments, including FPA, Accounting, Legal and business operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including fleet management companies, banks and institutional investors.
• Develop and maintain financial models to guide capital allocation decisions.
• Prepare materials for the executive leadership team and external stakeholder

Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, structured finance, or a closely related field.
• Experience in structuring vehicle financing, fleet leasing, or securitized lending programs (e.g., ABS).
• Leadership qualities and strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion and lead cross-functional initiatives.
