Responsibilities
- Launch the product in new cities and countries, taking full ownership of the entire process — from city selection and go-to-market strategy and budgeting to business trips for conducting customer development with riders and drivers.
- Support and improve business metrics. Launch and manage initiatives aimed at activating new users and increasing engagement among already activated users.
- Drive product growth. Generate and validate product, marketing, or operational hypotheses within cross-functional teams to ensure business growth.
- Contribute to strategy development. Analyze the market and competitors, and participate in shaping the growth strategy for the Intercity vertical in APAC.
- Own the region’s P&L. Monitor, analyze, and optimize key metrics.
- Lead the Intercity Business Development team in APAC, as well as cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in the mobility and/or tech industry.
- A passion for numbers and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to go on extended business trips to various countries.
- Ability to work effectively with a distributed team across time zones and an understanding of how cross-functional teams operate.
- Hands-on experience with customer development, hypothesis generation, and MVP testing — we value fieldwork and real-life testing.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
