Responsibilities
- Timely processing of user requests for document verification in the “inDrive” application, in accordance with the prescribed scenarios and the established service quality standards of the department.
- Meet the target KPI levels as set by the supervisor.
- Adhere to the established deadlines for completing tasks and assignments.

- Advanced computer skills.
