Responsibilities

  • Lead the global facility and office management function across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
  • Manage a team of ~25 professionals, including 5 direct reports, ensuring clear roles, strong performance, and team development.
  • Oversee office operations and services, ensuring all locations are efficient, safe, and aligned with company culture and needs.
  • Manage office expansion, relocation, and vendor relationships, including lease negotiations, fit-outs, and service providers.
  • Supervise corporate travel processes, policies, and vendor selection, ensuring cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Build and implement standardized procedures, workflows, and service levels (SLAs) for facilities and office services globally.
  • Collaborate with country leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support local office needs and strategic goals.
  • Define and clarify roles and responsibilities within the global office team to improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Manage and optimize operational budgets, ensuring transparency, compliance, and smart resource allocation.
  • Develop metrics and reporting systems to measure performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving across the team.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in facility management, office operations, or corporate services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large, geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong budget management, cost control, and financial planning skills.
  • Experience leading multi-site operations across international regions.
  • Hands-on experience developing scalable operational processes and service frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
