Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy: Ensure global strategy implementation on the regional level, brief local teams, follow up their results.
  • Excel project management: design highly efficient plans for each initiative implementation, involve all departments to achieve expected results.
  • Maintain highly efficient digital channel: ensure high efficiency of digital campaigns on the territory by close monitoring of current budgets and results, channels and tools used and convert it into concrete action plan.
  • Analyze Regional and Market Trends: Use reporting tools given as well as study socio-economic landscapes and user behavior across specific regions, countries, and cities to inform strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional cooperation: Build strong, collaborative relationships with other departments to achieve exceptional results – marketplace efficiency, product and other.
  • Manage KPIs: Ensure fulfilments of main KPIs on the responsible territories.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience. Ride Hailing, Delivery domains are desirable.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking to monitor driver performance and operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams across different locations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets related to driver operations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational needs while maintaining high levels of productivity under pressure.
