Responsibilities
- Act as the analytical lead for the Anti-Fraud team, driving insights that directly influence product and business strategy
- Identify, track, and interpret key fraud metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of detection and prevention mechanisms
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to form hypotheses, analyze user behavior, and assess impact
- Own the design and analysis of A/B tests and experiments to validate product decisions and reduce fraud-related risk
- Ensure data quality and continuously improve data flows, pipelines, and internal processes
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership and other teams
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product/data analytics, preferably in risk, fraud, or security domains
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect analytical findings to business and product impact
- Excellent SQL skills; experience with Python, R, or similar tools is a plus
- Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference
- Strong communication skills — both in presenting insights and collaborating across teams
