Responsibilities
- Define and calculate product/business metrics for evaluating project or feature performance;
- Discover areas for growth and propose new directions for product/business development based on data insights;
- Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify underlying causes;
- Design, conduct, and interpret AB tests, including setting up hypotheses, determining experiment conditions, and analyzing results with recommendations based on test outcomes;
- Work closely with teams across the Data Department to optimize data flows, ensuring accuracy and reliability of product data, improving BI solutions;
- Maintain and update analytics system documentation within the knowledge base in our company, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Over 2/3 years of experience in product/data analytics and AB tests;
- Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking;
- Ability to strike a balance between resources invested and measurable business impact;
- Strong SQL skills, including working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries, and creating analytical data marts;
- Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience using data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, ScikitLearn, etc.);
- Experience in designing and developing BI reports using tools such as Plotly, Redash, Tableau or similar platforms. Solid foundation in mathematics, including mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series analysis, and causal inference techniques;
- Strong ability to communicate technical insights to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
