Responsibilities

  • Set up and launch CRM campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, InApp) under manager’s supervision.
  • Analyze communication performance and prepare reports.
  • Audience segmentation to improve message relevance.
  • Conduct A/B tests (content, timing, triggers).
  • Database management: cleaning, updating, validation.
  • Collaborate with other teams (content, design, development) to prepare materials.
  • Monitor CRM marketing trends and suggest strategy improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing or related fields (internships, courses, personal projects are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of CRM marketing principles and communication channels (Push, WhatsApp, InApp).
  • Ability to work with data: analyze metrics (delivery rates, engagement, conversions).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with CRM/CDP platforms (e.g., Braze, Bloomreach) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and quickly master new tools.
