Responsibilities
- Lead a high performing product team focused on TnS
- Define and implement the strategy for the Trust & Safety (TnS) product unit, focusing on Safety Perception, Safety Incidents, and Incident Management
- Collaborate with other inDrive verticals and teams to ensure safety initiatives are integrated across the product ecosystem
- Build a roadmap, form hypotheses, run user and incident research, and launch safety focused MVPs
- Work cross functionally with design, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and analytics teams
- Own key metrics: safety perception scores, incident resolution time, incident frequency rate, and user trust indicators
- Adapt and scale safety features for different markets, considering local regulations, cultural factors, and user expectations
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead product teams and mentor PMs with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Track record of managing and scaling multi stream product initiatives across cross functional and distributed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with legal, compliance, and public affairs teams
- Ability to think like a zero to one builder — from identifying safety gaps to deploying effective, scalable solutions
