Responsibilities
- 5+ years in ESG, impact governance, or corporate sustainability
- Master’s degree in Public Policy, ESG/Sustainability, Economics, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in ESG, impact measurement, or sustainability are a plus
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams (10+ people)
- Proven track record of driving impact and sustainability transformation in fast-growth environments
- Strong knowledge of ESG and social impact frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, Theory of Change, M&E)
- Skilled in strategy development, performance management, data systems, and stakeholder engagement
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make timely and high-quality operational decisions, and a hands-on mindset to dive into details when needed
- Proactive communicator who can align executive and team-level stakeholders around a shared impact vision and integrate ESG priorities into core business operations and communications
- Recognized as a credible, collaborative partner by cross-functional teams, with a track record of improving processes and embedding measurable impact practices
- English – level B2 or C1 (written and oral)
