Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Build reports and dashboards for marketing and product teams
- Segment the customer base for precise targeting and personalized communications
- Design and execute A/B tests and evaluate their results
- Collaborate with product and BI teams to ensure proper data tracking
- Support the marketing team in formulating hypotheses and testing them with data
- Monitor key metrics such as retention, churn, conversion, LTV, and engagement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a data or marketing analyst
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience using Python or R for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with the Bloomreach platform (or similar CRM systems)
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics and the sales funnel
- Experience working with A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear business language
- English proficiency sufficient for reading documentation and communicating with international teams
- Analytical mindset and curiosity
- Proactive attitude and initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
