Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns through different channels together with the cross-functional marketing team and external contractors: paid ads, social media, influencer marketing, traditional and new media.
- Analyze performance, media, and brand strategies on a country/city level.
- Develop and manage the communications budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Optimize marketing mix for maximum impact in each region.
- Conduct Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and Product Funnel analysis.
- Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channels.

Support Regional Partnerships and New Channels:
- Identify and nurture partnerships that align with regional objectives.
- Explore and exploit new channels for business development.

Lead Regional Projects Execution:
- Collaborate with all marketing departments and Business Development team on project execution.
- Manage and drive marketing projects at the regional level.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in marketing.
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English language proficiency.
- Experience working with a mobile product.
- Proven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong cultural communication skills, ability to adapt to various contexts.
