As the Associate Team Leader of CRM & Media, you will direct a team dedicated to optimizing corresponding data. This role focuses on the analysis of supply trends. You will utilize data-driven insights to balance supply and demand dynamics and enhance the operational efficiency of our ride-hailing services.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM and Media Analytics team
- Support marketing and CRM decisions with data
- Build reports and key metrics like LTV ROI retention
- Guide user segmentation and experiments
- Work with Product Data and Engineering teams
- Present insights to senior management
Qualifications
- Five or more years in analytics two or more in leadership
- Strong SQL and BI tools experience
- Knowledge of LTV attribution and campaign analysis
- Business focused with strong communication skills
- Experience with AB testing is a plus English level upper intermediate or above
