We are looking for an Analytics Group Manager to lead the Driver Product Analytics Team. This role is critical in shaping our driver experience strategy, optimizing platform efficiency, and driving growth through data-driven decision-making. You will manage a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality insights and collaboration with product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Driver Product Analytics team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and oversee key product and business metrics, ensuring accurate performance tracking.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support driver-related product development and business growth.
  • Own the A/B testing process, ensuring robust experiment design, implementation, and result interpretation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines and BI solutions in partnership with the Data Engineering team.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.

Qualifications

  • English B2, Russian C1-B2
  • 5+ years of experience in product/data analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong team management skills, with experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling analytics teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL (writing and optimizing queries, working with large datasets).
  • Advanced Python skills (pandas, numpy, SciPy, Scikit-learn) for deep analysis and automation.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar).
  • Strong business acumen, ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Background in mobility, marketplace platforms, or e-commerce is a plus.
