As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing customer experiences in the ride-hailing space, driving optimization of the booking flow, increasing passenger engagement, and reducing churn through innovative features and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Reduce booking friction by streamlining the ride-booking process and minimizing errors or cancellations.
- Achieve a higher ride completion rate with fewer drop-offs during the booking flow.
- Boost overall passenger engagement metrics, including frequency of rides and app usage.
- Reduce the rate of passenger churn through continuous improvements and introduction of new features that meet customer needs.
- Launch new features and updates on time, with a focus on improving passenger convenience, safety, and ride experience.
- Maintain a high rate of success in A/B tests, leading to the adoption of features that positively impact passenger experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in customer-facing digital products, especially in mobility, ride-hailing, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling web and mobile products that significantly enhance the customer experience.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional product environment, understanding diverse user needs, and adapting products to fit different market contexts.
- Proven ability to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment like ride-hailing.
- Experience creating order from chaos and building scalable processes to support product growth.
