The Growth & Scaling team is an internal consulting unit responsible for generating insights through research and recommendations, executing proposed projects, supporting other teams in their initiatives, and facilitating cross-department collaboration, among other tasks.
Responsibilities
- Leading modules and projects on strategy execution and operation excellence;
- Gathering, analyzing and presenting findings and recommendations.
- Own a work substream;
- Develop high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners;
- Prepare regular reports on the Company’s performance, strategic initiatives, and other relevant topics;
- Use data visualization tools to present complex information in an easily digestible format.
Qualifications
- Consulting background (big3, big4) 4 or 5 years of experience;
- Excellent analytical, structuring and problem solving skills;
- Fluent English and Russian.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience (ride hailing, foodtech etc.).
