Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop project plans, define goals, and manage resources.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and solve problems.
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Ensure proper project governance and decision-making.
- Contribute to project portfolio development and improvement.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience as a project manager, business analyst, or product manager
- Willingness to work independently and solve problems
- Good communication skills
- 3-5 years of project management experience or experience as a team leader/department head with cross-functional tasks.
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Proficient in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting using tools like Jira
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Adaptable to changing project needs.
