We are looking for a Group Manager to lead a team of 5 analysts in our Services Analytics function. Our team plays a key role in supporting various business verticals in our company. We simplify the process for candidates to become drivers while ensuring high-quality checks. We focus on ensuring platform safety, facilitating smooth communication between drivers and passengers, providing user support, and addressing other critical tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 product analysts, promoting collaboration, curiosity and excellence.
- Plan and prioritize projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Identify process bottlenecks, resolve issues, and enhance team performance.
- Run and supervise A/B tests.
- Define and implement the analytical roadmap to align with the Services team’s goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, operations, and engineering to meet analytical needs and support decision-making.
- Contribute to enhancing research and experimentation quality.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for easy access to key metrics and insights.
Qualifications
- Russian language proficiency at levels B2–C1.
- English language B2.
- Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics. Advanced degrees are a plus!
- At least 5 years in data analytics or data science, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Redash), and forecasting techniques.
- Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing, research and experimentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business understanding.
- Problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
