We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Incentives) to drive data-driven decision-making and optimization of our incentive strategies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs, uncover behavioral patterns of drivers and riders, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and marketplace efficiency. Your insights will shape the development of incentive mechanisms that balance business goals with user motivation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize incentive strategies to improve driver and rider engagement, retention, and overall marketplace efficiency;
  • Develop and refine key metrics, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks to track incentive program performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on driver and passenger elasticity, incentive responsiveness, and behavioral patterns to inform data-driven decision-making;
  • Generate and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and causal inference techniques to assess the impact of incentive programs;
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate insights into scalable incentive mechanisms;
  • Forecast the impact of incentive changes using predictive analytics, time series modeling, and econometric techniques.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketplace optimization, preferably within a dynamic incentive-driven environment;
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in behavioral analytics, statistical modeling, and causal inference;
  • Solid foundation in mathematics and economics, including knowledge of elasticity models, incentive response dynamics, and retention analytics;
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets and writing optimized queries;
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation analysis;
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Redash, or Plotly for building reports and dashboards;
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for product and business teams;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling.
