We are looking for a Business Planning Manager. You will be an expert process control manager and creator for and within the OKR implementation.
Tasks and duties are to:
Business Planning Specialist is a primary role in the strategic planning process. Participates in strategic management and performance management through building strategic planning processes (tactical, long-term and strategic goal setting and monitoring of management processes to to achieve objectives )
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
- Experience in launching and organizing OKR processes and performance managment
- Ability to conduct training sessions for employees
- Financial analysis
- Business knowledge: should have background in business administration or management to understand the needs of businesses and the strategies that can help them grow.
- Project management: experience working as a project manager
- Ability to describe business processes
- Knowledge of organizational change frameworks
- Problem-solving skills, knowledge of problem-solving frameworks and approaches
- Knowledge of the strategic management process
- English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze data and make decisions based on facts, not intuition.
- Budget management: ability to create and control a budget, determine spending priorities, and manage financial risks.
- Leadership: ability to inspire and motivate a team, set goals and expectations, delegate tasks, and manage conflicts."
