We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join the Ride-Hailing Business Operations Team
Tasks and duties are to:
- Structuring of business processes
- Take part in the formation of budgeting, hiring plan for the year
- Onboarding of new employees
Employee training - filling the knowledge base, training tools
Timely updating of documentation - High-quality and timely reporting and building communication, interaction within/outside the department
- Work in Wrike, project coordination
- Updating of task statuses and deadlines
- Compilation of checklists, memos and instruction
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
- Higher education
- Knowledge of the basics of office management and document management
- Skills of a confident user of programs MS Office, Google Docs;
- The level of proficiency in written and oral English is not lower than upper/intermediate
- Knowledge of google spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment with a large amount of information
- Attentiveness, responsibility, efficiency, stress resistance, perseverance
