Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support HyperVerge’s Founders. This role sits at the center of the organization, helping drive operational efficiency, managing complex schedules, coordinating across global stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrates exceptional ownership, and can effectively manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
Scope of Ownership
- Manage founder calendars across multiple time zones and business functions
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication globally
- Support strategic initiatives, leadership meetings, and executive operations
- Act as a central point of coordination between founders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups and execution of key action items across the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for founders
- Coordinate meetings with customers, investors, partners, and internal stakeholders across regions
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Manage travel planning, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for leadership
- Drive operational cadence by tracking key projects, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive communications
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and help remove execution bottlenecks
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office Associate, Chief of Staff Associate, or similar role
- Experience supporting senior leadership in high-growth startups, SaaS, technology, or consulting environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating across global teams and multiple time zones
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar management, and productivity tools
