Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of B2B customers in Vietnam, driving product adoption, retention, and revenue growth. You will manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Scope of Ownership
- Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large enterprise accounts, including strategic customers
- Own a revenue-linked account portfolio with clear retention and growth targets
- Drive long-term customer value through expansion and renewals
Key Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, product adoption, retention, and expansion across accounts
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Lead engagement and strategic alignment for high-impact accounts
- Monitor product usage and proactively address adoption gaps
- Work closely with BA, KAM, Product, and Sales teams to deliver customer outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or startup environments
- Experience managing revenue-linked accounts and customer relationships
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle
