Mission
As a Content Strategist at HyperVerge, you will own the content strategy. You will build the narratives, frameworks, and content programs that drive organic growth, audience engagement, and sales pipeline. This is a high-ownership IC role. You will sit at the intersection of SEO, brand, and email marketing,, ensuring every piece of content is strategically mapped to audience intent, funnel stage, and business outcome.
You will not just produce content, you will define what gets made, why, for whom, and how it performs.
Outcomes for the first year
Within the first 3–6 months
- Define and publish a content strategy, including topic clusters, editorial calendar, channel mix, and distribution plan aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Execute the SEO content roadmap, including keyword strategy, content briefs, on-page optimisation, and AEO/AI search visibility
- Launch at least two high-impact content formats (e.g. thought leadership series, research report, podcast, etc)
- Establish a content performance reporting rhythm, including tracking traffic, rankings, engagement, leads generated, and AI search appearances
- Introduce AI tooling into your workflow and demonstrate measurable efficiency gains in content output and quality
Within the first year
- Drive measurable organic traffic growth, lead generation, pipeline and revenue contribution through content programs
- Build a library of evergreen content assets, including SEO pillar pages, customer case studies, product narratives, and thought leadership pieces, that compound over time
- Establish repeatable content frameworks (for eg., distribution playbooks, audit cycles) that can scale with the team
- Support lead generation via content assets, newsletters, and email marketing
- Own the AEO and AI search visibility for HyperVerge to ensure that content surfaces in AI overviews, featured snippets, and answer engines
Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Define and drive a data-informed content strategy aligned with ICP, personas, funnel stages, and revenue goals while managing the editorial calendar and identifying gaps through research and sales insights.
2. SEO & AEO Content Execution
Own end-to-end SEO and AEO strategy including keyword taxonomy, content optimisation, performance tracking, and collaboration with tech teams to maximise discoverability and organic growth.
3. Content Creation & Brand Voice
Create high-quality, product-led content across formats while maintaining a consistent brand voice and simplifying complex AI and BFSI concepts for non-technical audiences.
4. Distribution & Email Marketing
Lead multi-channel content distribution and email marketing initiatives, ensuring effective reach, audience targeting, and enablement of Sales and BD teams.
5. Performance Monitoring & AI Adoption
Track and optimise content performance through dashboards, audits, and data insights while leveraging AI tools to scale output and improve efficiency.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams to translate insights, campaigns, and product narratives into impactful content and enablement assets.
Requirements
Must Have
- 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a closely related role in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to produce clear, compelling content across formats and audiences
- Hands-on SEO experience, including keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimisation, performance tracking
- Working knowledge of AEO and AI search, featured snippets, schema markup, entity optimisation
- Experience with email marketing, including newsletters, segmentation, performance tracking
- Ability to analyse content performance data and make data-informed editorial decisions
- Strong project management and self-organisation: ablilty to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and KAM teams
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
Good to Have
- Experience in BFSI, Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Understanding of identity verification, onboarding, compliance, or RegTech
