Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (SDE 3)

Experience: 4–6 years

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust backend systems and seamless user interfaces. As an SDE 3, you will play a pivotal role in architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure technical excellence across the entire stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack features, ensuring seamless integration between frontend components and backend services.
  • System Architecture: Lead the design of scalable backend architectures and API contracts to support high-traffic applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and champion best practices in clean code and system design.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and intuitive user experiences.
  • Performance & Reliability: Optimize application performance across the stack, from database query tuning to frontend rendering efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Drive high standards for code quality through automated testing, documentation, and maintainable design patterns.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
  • Backend Expertise: At least 3 years of dedicated experience building scalable backend systems (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).
  • Frontend Proficiency: Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React, with a solid understanding of responsive design.
  • Full Stack Mindset: Proven ability to manage the entire lifecycle of a feature, from database schema design to UI implementation.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical projects or workstreams.
  • Tooling: Familiarity with modern DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Nice to Have

  • Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
  • Deep expertise in database optimization and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
  • A strong eye for UI/UX and a passion for building polished, user-centric products.
