Job Title: Business Associate – GTM (Intern)

Location: Bangalore (In-office, 5 days/week)

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: INR 30,000/month + Meals (Mon–Fri)

Conversion: Performance-based full-time opportunity

About the Role

We are hiring Business Associate Interns to join HyperVerge’s Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

This internship is designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to customer-facing and revenue-driving functions such as Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Key Account Management.

You will work on execution-focused projects that directly impact customer experience, growth initiatives, campaign operations, and business workflows — gaining real visibility into how global SaaS companies scale their markets.

Based on your performance during the interview process and onboarding bootcamp, you will be aligned to the function that best matches your strengths and business requirements.

Current priority functions: Customer Success and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on functional alignment and may include:

Customer Success / KAM

  • Supporting customer onboarding and adoption workflows
  • Coordinating product updates and issue resolution
  • Tracking customer usage, feedback, and engagement

Marketing & Growth

  • Supporting campaign execution and content initiatives
  • Assisting with research, messaging, and outreach
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting

Sales / GTM Operations

  • Account research and pipeline support
  • CRM hygiene and process coordination
  • Supporting outbound or inbound initiatives

Learning Outcomes

  • Exposure to GTM functions in a global AI SaaS environment
  • Understanding of how products scale across emerging markets
  • Hands-on experience working with customers and growth teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration across business, product, and operations
  • Strong foundation for careers in Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue roles
