Role Overview

  • Own and scale HyperVerge One, primarily focussed onboarding for Wealth Tech domains - driving strategy, product implementation, adoption, and business impact across brokerages, AMCs, and MFDs
  • Act as the product owner, balancing customer needs, GTM priorities, and long-term platform leverage.
  • Discover and scale use cases in wealth tech domain post onboarding.
  • Explore and execute on onboarding use cases outside of wealth tech domain (lending, insurance etc)
  • Ideal candidate is a product manager with strong experience in the wealth tech space(specifically onboarding), workflows/journeys, and cross-functional execution with Engineering, Sales, and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  1. Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business and GTM priorities for HV One & Wealth Tech
  2. Drive prioritization decisions based on customer NPS, revenue growth, and platform scale.
  3. Align roadmap with market signals from GTM teams
  4. Ensure the platform evolves with a long-term, cross-vertical mindset.

Product Discovery & Customer Problem-Solving

  1. Lead customer and GTM discovery across brokerages, AMCs, and MFDs.
  2. Identify opportunities across onboarding, activation, remediation, and lifecycle journeys.
  3. Convert ambiguous problem spaces into clear problem statements, MVPs, and scalable product bets.

GTM Enablement & Revenue Support

  1. Make HV One easier to sell, package, and expand.
  2. Work closely with GTM teams to shape positioning, packaging, and pitches.
  3. Support strategic deals and new opportunities with strong product narratives and solutioning.

Existing Customer Success, NPS & Product

  1. Own adoption, satisfaction, and real-world product outcomes.
  2. Track and improve usage, performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction of HV One.
  3. Work with Delivery and Support to identify friction, gaps, and recurring issues.
  4. Drive continuous improvements that increase client value and retention.
  5. Collaborate with sales, account management, and customer success teams to align product roadmap with customer needs and market trends.
  6. Monitor competitor offerings and incorporate market insights into product roadmap.
  7. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and drive adoption of new features and products.

Product Building

  1. Help teams ship faster, better, and more predictably.
  2. Drive standardization and modularization of workflows and capabilities.
  3. Reduce dependence on bespoke implementations and custom engineering.
  4. Improve time-to-go-live, ease of configuration, and operational scalability.
  5. Partner with Delivery and Implementation teams to simplify setups, reduce effort, and standardize flows.
  6. Improve documentation, product clarity, and configuration patterns.
  7. Reduce escalations, rework, and dependency on engineering for routine implementations.

Requirements

  • 6 - 8 years of product management experience
  • At least 3 -4 years of experience in the wealth tech domain, with hands-on involvement in building and launching onboarding journeys
  • Proven track record in driving product initiatives in the wealth tech segment from concept to launching and scaling it.
  • Prior experience operating within an Agile methodology, demonstrating adaptability and iterative development practices. Exposure to tech development processes, enabling seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Experience in B2B product development and go-to-market strategies.
