Growth Marketer - US
HyperVerge
About the Role
HyperVerge is expanding rapidly in the US and is looking for a senior individual contributor to design and run a demand generation engine. You’ll create multi-touch journeys with the ICPs across channels (web, content, events, social media, etc.) and convert early traction into a predictable, scalable pipeline. You’ll thrive in this role if you love 0→1 experimentation and operate with very high ownership.
What You’ll Own (Your North Star): Contribute to scaling HyperVerge US from $1M to $3M in 12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Design and run the demand funnel: Architect and execute an end-to-end demand generation funnel that creates multiple touch points with CXOs (online: website, social media, campaigns; offline: experiential events, conferences, roundtables, etc.).
- Build the HyperVerge brand in the US: Systematically increase awareness, trust, and recall for HyperVerge among our ideal customer profiles and priority accounts.
What Success Looks Like (Outcomes)
Pipeline Generation
- Generate $3M+ ARR in a new pipeline from growth marketing initiatives over the next 12 months.
Strategize → Execute → Pivot → Learn → Grow
- Own planning and execution of all growth marketing initiatives (conferences, roundtables, experiential events, content, website upkeep, nurturing campaigns, etc.) with high quality and on-time delivery.
- Deliver measurable outcomes: ARR influenced, pipeline created, website traffic, reviews, participation, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
- Use experiment results and performance data to double down on the initiatives that work and stop what doesn’t.
