Graphic Design Internship

Stipend: INR 25K/month (can go up to 30k for exceptional candidates)

Full time Conversion based on performance during the internship.

At Hyperverge, we're shaping bold, scalable design systems. We're looking for a Graphic Design Intern who's ready to experiment and add fresh ideas.

This is not your "make a social media post and go home" kind of role. You'll get to:

  • Shape real brand assets (website, campaign creatives, motion design)
  • Play with typography, layouts, and color in ways that break the usual patterns.
  • Turn abstract ideas into bold visuals that actually make people stop scrolling.
  • Experiment with Al-powered design workflows (image generation, style replication, scaling illustrations).
  • Work with a team that critiques hard but laughs harder.

What you'll be doing?

  • Designing graphics for digital campaigns, websites, and presentations.
  • Supporting the revamp of our visual identity (logo, illustrations, design systems).
  • Trying your hand at motion graphics/video assets (bonus points if you already love After Effects).
  • Exploring Al tools (Veo3, Sora, Midjourney, Photoshop Al, etc.) to speed up workflows and create new visual styles.
  • Collaborating with designers, marketers, and product folks to make ideas click.
  • Owning deadlines.

What we're looking for

  • A good eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Comfort with Figma + Adobe tools.
  • Curiosity to explore illustration styles (vector or freehand, we don't mind as long as you experiment).
  • Someone who is open to feedback and doesn't disappear when timelines get tight.
  • A portfolio that shows your style (college work, side projects, or experiments count!).

Perks (beyond the usual stipend)

  • Real projects > dummy assignments. Your work will go live
  • Close mentorship from senior designers.
  • A chance to explore branding and motion in one place.
  • Expect constructive feedback, memes, and a playlist always running in the background.
