Role Overview

The HyperVerge ONE platform helps clients build seamless, end-to-end financial onboarding journeys using a no-code journey orchestrator. We are rapidly expanding into adjacent areas of the product offering.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will anchor significant parts of the platform and own discovery, strategy, roadmap, and execution. Leveraging your product expertise and deep technical understanding, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class platform that is robust, scalable, and aligned with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Define, own, and drive the roadmap to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Discovery & Strategy: Partner with customers and GTM teams to uncover needs, translate them into opportunities, and shape product strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Execution & Delivery: Write clear PRDs, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering/design to deliver high-quality products on time. Ensure releases are well-tested, documented, and adopted.
  • Technical Collaboration: Engage deeply with engineering — review solution designs, discuss architecture tradeoffs, and ensure technical feasibility of product plans.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics, set up instrumentation, and monitor performance. Use insights to iterate quickly and improve adoption/conversion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build alignment across cross-functional teams and manage trade-offs transparently.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer — ensuring products solve real user pain points and deliver superior experiences.
  • Compliance & Security: Partner with engineering and infosec to ensure compliance (e.g., RBI, GDPR, SOC2) and embed data security best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor APMs/PMs, set standards for product excellence, and foster a strong product culture.
  • Enablement & Documentation: Create high-quality documentation and enablement materials to empower solutions and GTM teams.
  • Market Awareness: Stay current on competitive products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management: 4+ years of demonstrated success owning and driving product initiatives end-to-end, ideally in SaaS or platform products.
  • Technical Background: Prior experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or similar technical role. Able to read/understand API specs, system design, and data flows at a meaningful depth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate company strategy and customer needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
  • Execution Excellence: Strong track record of delivering complex products to market, balancing speed with quality, and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use metrics, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decisions.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Skilled at building alignment and influencing without direct authority across engineering, design, solutions, and GTM.
  • Customer Obsession: Demonstrated ability to uncover deep customer problems and translate them into product opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft compelling narratives and PRDs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Domain Expertise(good to have): Experience in financial services and workflow automation products.
  • Leadership(good to have): Experience mentoring or leading junior PMs/APMs, setting best practices, and raising the overall product craft of the team.
