The Role
As a RevOps Senior Associate, you’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product, helping scale our revenue engine. You’ll drive strategic projects, build reporting systems, streamline GTM processes, and enable our teams to perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategy & planning projects across GTM functions
- Build dashboards & forecasts
- Own and optimise our GTM tech stack (tools, workflows and integrations)
- Improve complex GTM processes and drive automation
- Lead enablement initiatives: training, playbooks, documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years total experience, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS RevOps / Strategy / Founders Office
- Strong with CRM tools & spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics and B2B GTM Sales Processes
- A clear communicator and structured problem-solver
