Mode: In-Office (Mon–Fri)
Stipend: ₹20K/month + All Meals (Mon–Fri)

🛠 What You’ll Do? (with Mentorship & AI Exposure)
🌱 People Operations
- Use AI tools to create smarter, faster, personalized onboarding.
- Plan pre-joining rituals, streamline docs, and run orientation like an experience.
- Coordinate mentor connects and learning kick-offs.
- Support offboarding with empathy and precision.
🎉 Employee Experience
- Co-create events that employees actually want to attend—HyperFiesta, offsites, townhalls.
- Leverage AI surveys and pulse tools to capture honest, real-time feedback.
- Experiment with engagement formats that blend tech, community, and culture.
📊 Performance & Recognition
- Organize feedback cycles using dashboards & workflows.
- Curate Kudos shoutouts and moments of celebration.
- Use people insights to identify trends (and ideas!).
🤝 Collaboration & Process Support
- Help build internal tools and Notion dashboards to scale PnC ops.
- Automate workflows, goal-setting, and org-wide rituals.
- Shadow high-context meetings and join the problem-solving behind the scenes.
🛠 Bonus: Tools & Documentation
No tool experience? No problem—we’ll get you hands-on with:
- Zoho People, Plum, Sprinto, Zoho Expense, Notion, and others
- Work on live HR data, workflows, and reporting
If you’ve played around with Notion, ChatGPT, Airtable, or built a tracker for fun—we already like you.
