We need a person responsible for rebuilding the entire website utilizing WordPress. We need you to lay the foundation of analytics, tracking or plugins and design templates, themes and pages for both website and landing pages. You should also optimise the website loading time and follow good security practices while setting up systems.</p><p> <strong>Outcomes expected:</strong> </p><ol> <li>You will be responsible for developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, integrating third-party APIs, optimizing website performance, and ensuring website security </li> <li>Design and lay the foundation of website architecture</li> <li>Develop and maintain custom WordPress website and themes for website and landing pages</li> <li>Optimize for SEO, website performance and page load times</li> <li>Ensure website security and implement best practices for data protection</li> <li>Collaborate with our marketing, product and design teams to ensure that the website meets the needs of our clients</li> <li>Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues</li> </ol><p> <strong>Requirements</strong> </p><ol> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field</li> <li>2-3 years of B2B Saas experience using WordPress, with a proven track record of driving business results.</li> <li>Proven experience as a WordPress developer, with a strong portfolio of custom WordPress themes and plugins, WordPress loops, hooks and configuration </li> <li>Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Familiarity with Git, REST API, and other web development tools</li> <li>Experience with third-party API integrations</li> <li>Knowledge of WordPress security best practices, hosting and optimization techniques</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> </ol>
