We have powered more than 500 million (7% of world’s population) ID checks in the last three years!</p><p> <em>We are looking for a result-driven leader who has a proven track record for achieving results, building high quality processes and creating A players.</em> </p><p> <strong>Outcomes expected:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Delivering 200 Sales Qualified opportunities resulting into at least $350k of MRR before Mar 31, 2023 </li> <li> <p>Creating training program, metrics based review and coaching system for BDRs 1 month from joining</p> <ul> <li>Working with data to constantly increase output from the team</li> <li>Work with the management to drive further optimization of metrics, consistently working on improvements in quality, conversion, and process adherence</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Refine playbook for the team on a regular basis</p> </li> <li> <p>Hiring at least 3 BDRs, three months from joining</p> </li> </ul><p> <strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p><p>Target lists</p><ul> <li>Own the research which would feed into the outreach planning for targeted companies by capturing organization structure, funding, growth rate, etc.</li> </ul><p>Team building and performance management</p><ul> <li>Hire and develop a team of A players</li> <li>Setting and tracking targets for your team</li> <li>Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the team. </li> <li>Regularly evaluating the performance of the team basis metrics</li> <li>Creating a metrics-based coaching framework for the team</li> </ul><p>Collaborating with Sales Team</p><ul> <li>Ensuring effective collaboration with the Sales Leader and the Sales Team to ensure revenue target is met.</li> <li>Fine-tuning the outbound process based on feedback from the Sales team.</li> <li>Providing feedback to the Marketing team based on conversations with leads.</li> </ul><p>Collaboration with Marketing team</p><ul> <li>Ensuring effective collaboration with the Marketing Leader and the Marketing Team to ensure revenue target is met.</li> <li>Work closely with the Marketing team developing segment based content & collaterals.</li> <li>Providing feedback to the Marketing team based on conversations with leads.</li> </ul><p>Software Tools</p><ul> <li>Setting up software tools for the team</li> </ul><p> <strong>Requirements</strong> </p><ul> <li>2+ years of leading experience</li> <li>Proven track record as an Outbound Sales Manager in a fast growing SAAS company</li> <li>Inspiring personality and amazing interpersonal and team management skills</li> <li>Hands on experience with CRM and other necessary softwares</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude</li> </ul><p> <strong> <em>COMPETENCIES</em> </strong> </p><p>Hunter</p><ul> <li>Structurally understands clearly what it takes to generate New Revenue</li> <li>Competitive and result-focused</li> </ul><p>Domain Knowledge and Network</p><ul> <li>Good track record of selling to the Saas industry</li> <li>Knows decision-makers and has a working relationship across organisations in the industry</li> <li>In-depth understanding of one or more - lending, insurance, securities, credit cards, mutual funds</li> </ul><p>Learning</p><ul> <li>Intellectual curiosity - loves to ask questions and is genuinely interested in learning the client's needs</li> <li>Enthusiastic and experiential about learning and trying new approaches, innovative practices, ideas</li> <li>Does not carry around a big ego and is ready to collaboratively learn with the team</li> <li>Is a voracious reader, keeps oneself updated with developments in the industry</li> </ul><p>Analytical and Problem Solving Skills</p><ul> <li>Has high grasping power.
