HyperTrack is looking for a marketing leader to build a category creating company. You are a rigorous first principles thinker with a deep understanding of the modern go-to-market playbook. Your marketing strategy is anchored in a deep understanding of user value and product, and the infinite ways they can be connected to unlock demand. Ideally, you have been through a product-led growth cycle as one of the first marketers at a category leading company.

We are looking for a marketing leader who can build and manage a team of product marketing managers, demand generation marketers, digital marketers and developer relations professionals. Experience with managing agencies and vendors for PR & communications, rich media collateral, account-based marketing, SEO and SEM would be a strong plus. You would work closely with VP Sales to develop and own the marketing pipeline to propel the company’s ARR to the next order of magnitude.

You have the ambition and stomach to join at an early growth stage where the business has achieved product-market fit with strong user love, and is now investing in product-led GTM to build the largest community of logistics tech builders in the world.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Create the logistics cloud category with incisive thought leadership in a large yet deeply fragmented market place
  • Build the largest global community of logistics tech builders that in turn builds the future of the logistics tech industry and expands it past $100B
  • Amplify the voice of the user and provide them a platform to share their solutions and innovations with other users in the community
  • Establish a developer-centered brand at product-first companies
  • Build and manage an awesome team of marketers spanning PMM, DMM, DevRel and other key marketing functions of a modern GTM
  • Develop sharp competitive positioning so users can differentiate against device-to-cloud location and map APIs of Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft and other large platforms
  • Develop key partnerships with the ecosystems of cloud, maps, CRM, POS, developer tools and other adjacent opportunities to distribute

Requirements and experience

  • Must be an early marketer at a category creation company with direct contributions to thought leadership and differentiated value creation
  • Must be a product-focused marketer with a deep sense of wonder about the power of APIs to unlock the impossible and create magic
  • Must be conversant with modern GTMs that combine bottom-up product-led growth with classic top-down marketing
  • Should have proven leadership experience with building and managing a marketing team
  • Should have built a marketing ops engine based on product usage and in-app behavior signals
  • Prior experience with location and mapping would be a plus
  • Prior experience with supply chain and logistics of ecommerce would be nice
  • Bachelor’s with an engineering degree is preferred
